Kindy Holiday – Private Trekking & Tour Services

These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings and services provided by Kindy Holiday, operating under CV. Lombok Pesona Wisata, a licensed local travel company based in Lombok, Indonesia.

By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Company Information

Kindy Holiday is a licensed tour operator based in Senggigi, Lombok, Indonesia.

We specialize in:

• Trekking to Mount Rinjani
• Lombok private tour packages
• Komodo & Flores sailing trips to Komodo National Park
• Daily adventure tours

All services are operated privately for individual groups unless stated otherwise.

2. Booking & Deposit Policy

2.1 Reservation Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

• Deposit payment has been received, and
• Written confirmation has been issued by Kindy Holiday.

2.2 Deposit Requirement

• A deposit may be required to secure trekking permits, accommodation, boat charter, or logistics.
• Deposit amount will be clearly stated during booking process.

2.3 Final Payment

• Full payment must be completed before tour departure unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment methods may include bank transfer, cash payment in Lombok, or other approved methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellation

Cancellation policy may vary depending on tour type.

General Guidelines:

• More than 14 days before departure: partial refund may be available (minus administrative and permit fees).
• 7–14 days before departure: partial refund at company discretion.
• Less than 7 days before departure: non-refundable.
• No show: no refund.

Certain costs such as national park permits, accommodation, and boat charters may be non-refundable once secured.

3.2 Weather & Government Closure

Trekking activities on Mount Rinjani are subject to:

• National park regulations
• Seasonal closures
• Weather conditions
• Safety restrictions

If the national park is officially closed or conditions are unsafe, we will:

• Offer rescheduling, or
• Offer alternative itinerary when possible

Refunds may not apply to non-refundable third-party costs already paid.

4. Rinjani Trekking Regulations

Participants acknowledge that trekking Mount Rinjani involves:

• High altitude conditions
• Physical exertion
• Changing weather
• Uneven terrain

All trekkers must:

• Be physically fit
• Inform us of medical conditions
• Follow guide instructions
• Respect national park regulations

Kindy Holiday reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest is deemed unfit for safety reasons.

Failure to comply with guide instructions may result in termination of the trek without refund.

5. Health & Travel Insurance

All participants are strongly advised to have:

• Personal travel insurance
• Medical coverage
• Emergency evacuation coverage (recommended for trekking)

Kindy Holiday is not responsible for medical expenses arising during the trip.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Kindy Holiday acts as a tour operator and coordinator.

While we prioritize safety and professionalism, we are not liable for:

• Personal injury resulting from inherent risks of adventure activities
• Loss or theft of personal belongings
• Flight delays or cancellations
• Natural disasters
• Government regulations
• Force majeure events beyond our control

Participation in trekking and adventure tours is at the guest’s own risk.

7. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to:

• Weather conditions
• Safety concerns
• Operational requirements
• Government regulations

Any changes will be made in the best interest of guest safety and experience.

8. Pricing & Inclusions

Prices quoted include only the services listed in your confirmed itinerary.

Items not explicitly included are the responsibility of the participant.

Kindy Holiday reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to booking confirmation.

9. Behavior & Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Respect local culture and traditions
• Follow safety instructions
• Avoid illegal activities
• Respect environmental conservation rules

Disruptive or dangerous behavior may result in termination of service without refund.

10. Komodo & Marine Activities

Marine tours in Komodo National Park involve:

• Open sea conditions
• Snorkeling activities
• Wildlife encounters

Guests must follow boat crew and guide instructions at all times.

Kindy Holiday is not responsible for incidents caused by failure to follow safety instructions.

11. Force Majeure

Kindy Holiday shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by:

• Natural disasters
• Volcanic activity
• Extreme weather
• Government decisions
• Pandemics
• Political unrest

In such cases, we will attempt reasonable alternatives but cannot guarantee refunds.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making a booking with Kindy Holiday, you acknowledge that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions
• You understand the risks involved in adventure travel
• You agree to all policies stated above
